Footsteps on Fraser at Orchid Beach Fraser Island

A clean and comfortable home located at Orchid Beach. Fully equipped with all the luxuries of home and includes fresh linens.

It sleeps up to 16 people and perfectly suited for large groups, with plenty of space and privacy.

It boasts a massive ” Man Cave ” aka entertainment Pavilion, fish cleaning facilities, boat and vehicle parking and out door fire pit.

Footsteps on Fraser (Private Rental Property – Holiday House)

Sleeps up to 16 Persons (Not Available for rent)

Footsteps on Fraser is an ideal property for large groups of up to 16 persons.

It is extremely comfortable and clean with heavy duty natural timber furnishings.

5 Large Bedrooms: Bed #1 Queen + 3 singles Bed #2 Queen + 2 Singles Bed #3  3 singles Bed #4 Queen Bed #5 Queen +1 single

It’s 2 a fully self contained kitchens . 2 x  Bathrooms and 3 Separate toilets, formal and informal dining area, living room and front and rear deck.

It also has the luxury of a ” Man Cave”that has everything;

  • massive bar area
  • pool table
  • dart board
  • BBQ & kitchenette
  • Beer fridges
  • Freezers
  • and full of Fraser Island memorabilia and fishing brag board.

The property has a separate fish cleaning area with stainless sinks, benches and rod holders. The land is also large enough to cater for many vehicles and boats.

The house is solar powered with automatic generator back up.

Also included in the rental price is the supply of all linens that are freshly laundered for your arrival. So no need to pack pillows sheets quilts or bath towels.

We are sure that your stay in our home will be most enjoyable and comfortable.

The house has a few animal friends that frequent including a family of bush wallabies and a Tawny frogmouth owl named Irwin.

Dingos are seen roaming through our property as it is not fenced.

It is important that our guests do not interact or encourage them especially if children are on the property as they can be aggressive.

The house has a lovely grassy area and a fire pit to sit around at night and enjoy your wine/ beer.

The house welcomes children however the property is not fenced and Dingos are seen roaming around, and has no provisions for cots or high chairs.

The house is perfect for a bunch of Fishermen mates or 4WD enthusiasts and has been known to host a few Bucks parties in its time.
